Galaxy S10’s Exynos 9820 beats Mate 20 Pro In Leaked Benchmarks

We recently got our first look at the processor which is going to be used in samsung Galaxy S10, the chipset is called the Exynos 9820 and is believed to be a significant bump over the previous generation. The crown for the fastest chip used in any Android device is right now held by Huawei mate 20 Pro, but things are likely going to change very soon as Samsung is going to launch their latest Samsung Galaxy S10 and it comes with  Exynos 9820 which is faster than the kirin 980 used in mate 20 Pro but not by a huge margin.

It is interesting to note that Kirin 980 is using 7nm technology and Exynos 9820 comes with 8nm technology but still manages to beat Kirin 980 by a tiny margin. Right Now the fastest chipset used in any handset is A12 Bionic using in iPhone Xs series, but it is expected that this title is soon going to Snapdragon’s upcoming chipset called 8150 which is also tipped to have 5G capabilities.
